Do I need a new website?

No. If your site works, the system plugs into it: your form, your phone number, your calendar. If your site is holding you back, a new one is included in the same price.

What's the lead test, exactly?

I call your business once during business hours and fill in your website form once. Both are clearly identified as a test from me, so nobody wastes time on a fake job. Then I send a two-minute video: what happened, how long it took, and what your lead system would have done.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. Calls you can't answer forward to a line that texts the caller back right away. Your number, and what your customers dial, stays the same.

When do the texts start?

Business texting needs carrier registration first, which usually takes one to three weeks. I start it on day one. Until it's approved, replies and alerts go out by email.

Who owns the website and the domain?

Your domain stays registered to you, always. Your text, photos and reviews are yours. If you ever cancel and I built your site, I hand your content back.

Do I have to get on a call?

No. Everything can happen by email or text: the free first step, your questions, the go-ahead. If you'd rather talk, that's fine too.

You're in the Philippines. Does that matter?

I work US Eastern hours, so I'm working when you are, and you'll hear back within one business day. Everything runs on your domain, your phone and your inbox, so where I sit doesn't change how it works for you.
